In a free agency shocker, the Philadelphia Phillies have landed coveted pitcher Cliff Lee, who they famously traded away after the 2009 season. the Phillies weren't even expected to be contenders in what was forecasted to be a Yankees/Rangers battle to sign the Cy Young award-winning pitcher.
